By accessing the website, requesting a free resource, creating a product order or using an HA Notion digital product, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable policies published on this website.

Payments are processed through PayPal. Your use of PayPal is also governed by PayPal’s own terms and policies.
You are responsible for any conversion charges, bank fees, taxes or other charges imposed by your payment provider or jurisdiction.
HA Notion may correct an obvious pricing or technical error. When an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of such an error, the affected payment will be cancelled or refunded where appropriate.
10. Order acceptance
A submitted payment does not by itself guarantee that an order has been accepted.
An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully verified and product access has been issued.
HA Notion may reject, cancel or refund an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, a payment error, product unavailability, pricing error, sanctions restrictions or unlawful activity.
11. Product delivery
Digital delivery normally begins shortly after successful payment or completion of a free-resource request.
Delivery may be provided through:
- An order-confirmation or resource-delivery email.
- A secure access page.
- A temporary file-download link.
- A link to an external product or Notion page.
You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folder.
Contact HA Notion when a valid order has been completed but the product has not been received.
