About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and HA Notion when you access the website, purchase a product or use a related service.
By continuing to use the website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the affected service.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access or use the website in a way that harms HA Notion or another person.
Product information
HA Notion aims to describe products, features, compatibility and prices accurately. Product previews are illustrative and may contain example information.
You are responsible for checking the product description and confirming that you have access to any required third-party platform, including a compatible Notion account.
Orders and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product or checkout page. Taxes, conversion charges or payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
An order may be declined or cancelled where payment fails, fraud is suspected, pricing is clearly incorrect or fulfilling the order would violate law or platform rules.
Digital delivery
Digital products are normally delivered through an access link, duplicate link, download page or email after a successful transaction.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the account used for the purchase. Contact HA Notion if legitimate access is not received.
Custom workspace services
Custom services may be governed by a separate proposal, scope, timeline and payment agreement. Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the separate agreement controls that service.
You are responsible for supplying timely, accurate information, feedback and access required to complete the agreed work.
Intellectual property
The website, written content, branding, product structure, template designs, graphics and original materials are owned by HA Notion or used with permission.
Purchasing a product grants a limited licence to use it. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred to the purchaser.
Prohibited conduct
- Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing a template or access link.
- Copying a product for the purpose of creating a competing template.
- Removing ownership notices and presenting HA Notion material as your own.
- Attempting to bypass checkout, access or security controls.
- Using the website or products for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
Third-party platforms
Products may depend on third-party services such as Notion, hosting providers, payment providers and email platforms. HA Notion does not control those services and cannot guarantee that they will remain continuously available or unchanged.
Notion is a separate platform and is not responsible for HA Notion products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Availability and disclaimers
HA Notion aims to keep the website and products available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
Templates are organisational tools and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HA Notion is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.
