This document applies to the HA Notion website, digital products and related services unless a product page, proposal or separate agreement states otherwise.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly through HA Notion unless the product page, checkout provider or separate service agreement states otherwise.
Purchases made through another marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s refund process.
Digital templates
Digital templates are normally made available immediately after purchase. Because access cannot always be returned in the same way as a physical item, ordinary change-of-mind refunds may be limited after the template has been accessed or duplicated.
This does not remove any refund, withdrawal, repair or replacement right that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
When a refund may be considered
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The purchased file or template cannot be accessed and HA Notion cannot restore access.
- The delivered product is materially different from its published description.
- A significant technical defect prevents the product from being used and cannot be resolved.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer law.
Requests that normally do not qualify
- Changing your mind after receiving or duplicating the template.
- Deciding that you no longer need the product.
- Not having a compatible Notion account or device.
- Expecting a feature that was not included in the product description.
- Accidental changes made after duplicating or customising the template.
- Failure to use the product after successful delivery.
Immediate digital access and withdrawal rights
Where applicable law grants a cooling-off or withdrawal period for online purchases, those rights remain unaffected.
Where legally permitted, immediate delivery of digital content may require the customer’s express consent and acknowledgement at checkout. This must be implemented through the final checkout provider before launch.
Custom workspace services
Custom workspace refunds depend on the agreed scope, work completed, project stage and separate service agreement.
Deposits or payments covering completed discovery, planning, design or implementation work may be non-refundable where stated in the accepted proposal or contract.
How to request help or a refund
Contact HA Notion through the contact page and include your name, purchase email, order reference, product name and a clear description of the problem.
Provide screenshots or other useful information where a technical issue is involved. HA Notion may first attempt to restore access, repair the product or provide a replacement.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the checkout provider, payment network and customer’s financial institution.
Access to the refunded product may be withdrawn. The purchaser must stop using and sharing any refunded digital product.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right takes priority.
